The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, including shopping centers and the lively nightlife. It is also near the Seafood market, which is a great place to indulge in some local cuisine. The rooms are spacious and clean, with daily cleaning service. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed in the suite, it was nicely decorated and very clean, bathroom was also spotless. Price is considered cheap for a room that big. Helpful staff, strategic location (beach, restaurants, mall, souvenir shops, convenience stores are within walking distance).
There was no breakfast buffet for the last 2 days of my stay, but we can order a-la carte and didn't get charged. The map is a bit misleading, it's not just around the corner of Bangla road, but around 150m up north from the current hotel location on the map.

Didn't like anything at all. Room didn't look at all like in photo's Was ripped off for transport from airport, charged double what is stated in their rooms and this was arranged by hotel not an outside booking. Cleanliness not as bad as it could have been I guess but non toilet paper flushing toilet not at all expected at this level of accommodation, sure some lesser civilised places have this issue but I've stayed much lower level without that problem. Noise levels considerable since the rooms are above bar with live music, fair enough this was expected but since our room also overlooked the main street there was early morning noise to go along with late night noise so if you do stay here, (which I don't recommend) then at least ask for room towards rear of building. Phuket and in particular Patong is a tourist area and most people speak and understand reasonable levels of English, that didn't appear to be the case with staff checking us in at night and out the following morning. Have no idea what breakfast is like since we checked out as soon as possible cutting short our stay here. Booked.net was most helpful with our situation and called the hotel to try to deal with it. I did not hesitate to use Booked.net to change my reservation to the Burasari hotel that same morning, which I must add was fantastic!
Not as described at all. So called suite nothing more than a room with some useless spaces that can't be used even to put suitcases. High level of noise. Lack of English by staff or at least that is what they led us to believe. Request guests to put used toilet paper in a wicker basket instead of flushing down toilet. Inconsistent pricing of transport. No concern for late arriving guests as kept waiting in bar while trying to make ourselves understood. Overall bad experience where the outward look of hotel is more important than upkeep of guest rooms.

This hotel has a great location, just a short walk away from the bustling nightlife and beautiful Patong Beach. The area is filled with plenty of options for dining and trying delicious Thai food. The restaurant at the hotel itself is a must-visit, with an extensive menu that includes a variety of seafood options. It's convenient to have such a diverse range of choices right at your doorstep.
All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The best vfm hotel I've ever been to! Very nice, clean room with many accessories, very polite stuff, in a very good position for swimming, markets and nightlife. There was also live music at the restaurant during the night. When I go back to Phuket I will definitely choose that hotel.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with everything within walking distance - the beach, markets, restaurants, and entertainment areas. I never had to rely on taxis or tuk-tuks. The staff were helpful and the rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The central air-conditioning was a great relief from the heat.
The hotel's interior design was not to my taste, with a strange jungle theme throughout. The elevator had an uncomfortable air freshener, and the bathrooms were too dark with dim lighting.

The attention to detail is impressive, with basic amenities provided and the option of an extra bed. The location is excellent, right in downtown and just a few minutes walk from the beach.
All was great, no complaints!
